The purpose of the Communications Arts High School - Parent Support Group (CAHS-PSG) is to enhance and support the educational experience at Communications Arts High School, to develop a closer connection between school and home by encouraging parent involvement, and to improve the programs, activities, and environment at CAHS through volunteer efforts and financial support.

The CAHS-PSG is a non profit organization that exists for charitable and educational purposes. It is a 501(c)(3) so all donations and contributions are tax deductible. Members are parents and guardians of students enrolled at CAHS. They pay annual membership dues and are eligible to vote and hold office with in the organization. CAHS-PSG General meetings are held regularly throughout the year.
There are many ways to support the CAHS-PSG. This can be done through volunteering of your time, talents, and/or money. There are voluntary positions needing to be filled throughout the year. Our board consists of 6 officers - President, two Vice Presidents, Secretary, Treasurer, and Communications Officer. We have two appointed Committee chairs - Membership and Hospitality. Our special committees consist of a Scholarship Committee, Nominating Committee, and a Audit Committee. We will recruit help to organize and staff fundraising and other school events.
